Profile: Cara Delevingne

From time to time elect to fashion their favorites. Not diference with Cara Delevingne. The English girl, who debuted in the Burberry ad for summer 2011 is taken off line, the result of a sister model and their parents are always in the social columns of the international jet setter.
With the face of a girl problem, Cara won the fashion world from A to Z, Karl Lagerfeld Victoria's Secret, of Carine Roitfeld Katie Grand, and was one of the models who stepped over the runways last season international.
Otherwise, the young supermodel been collecting important works, in addition to listings of Burberry, has lent his image to giants like H & M, Blumarine, Zara and Chanel, as well as covers of major publications such as detached magazines iD, Rush, Tush the publication of the site Style.com, Jalouse, S Fashion and Vogue UK.
The model has raised important editorials, as in the new publication of Carine, CR Fashion Book on Love Magazine, Vogue America, French Elle, Numéro, W Magazine, among many others.

V Magazine #78: Thairine Garcia

Modas, internet, sexy back e outras loucurinhas...

Boys, boys, boys...

Sexy Back!!!

"Finally, we reach the end of 2011 (still missing two days, but we are very near the end) and this post is the last of this year spotmag incredible that yielded much and that was undoubtedly important to the world of fashion, after that it was two great icons fell and new ones have emerged ...
Carine left Vogue Paris, Galliano at Dior fashion house and your own brand ... Geniuses who will / are already in homes that went missing, but left the door open for new artists could develop and show their points of view, as is already doing Emmanuelle Alt, Vogue Paris. Since the novel Dior should yield even more headlines in 2012.
2011 was undoubtedly the year of Saskia Brauw. The model, with her super edgy look, was chosen for Carine Roitfeld to grace the latest cover of Vogue Paris under his command. That same month, a new feature in the top cover of Vogue Italia ... Hence for large runways and fashion editorials, a leap. Complete dedication to winning the admiration of Karl Lagerfeld and numerous collaborations with Chanel, becoming one of the darlings of the brand.
In addition to Saskia, the year saw the tornado Lea T to consolidate. The Blue Man micro bikini paraded by top furor at Fashion Rio, as well as the participation of the androgynous model Andrej Pejic, who was named the Male Model of the year, although as a woman to shoot more, for a number of international publications ... New times, new directions in fashion ...
Unable to stay out of this list, the beautiful Raquel Zimmermann showed that even after many years of work is an icon and was the star of the winter campaign, lending all its versatility for more than a dozen brands and making history with delight to the little dance the Lanvin.
Boys, boys, boys ...
They could not be left out! Miguel Diego is perhaps the greatest name year. Appeared timidly and with his corpão set was gaining ground, both in Brazil and abroad. Total consecration in the latest issue of the MAG and the Made in Brazil. But speaking of fashion, the year was Marlon Teixeira. With its sexy appeal a la Gisele Bundchen, the model of Santa Catarina figured by many different publication, Vogue Fiasco. Eye on him!
And the beloved Francisco Lachowski growing by leaps and bounds in the profession all showing admirable versatility. Remember Carol Trentini very early in his career. A blank screen can turn, turn, turn ...
Still talking about boys, the Honorable Mention Viiperi River. The blond knocked the world of fashion and conquinstou a legion of fans approaching him via digital media. Used and abused of all available and showed that, besides a good model, is a great communicator. BTW, the River is the face of Versace menswear collection for H&M.
Sexy Back!
To close this post already giant, sexy.
Gisele went to high fashion with a vengeance, showing all her sexy appeal in the Versace campaign for summer 2012. In addition, two other print campaigns - Givenchy and Salvatore Ferragamo - and perhaps others to come.
The top, as well as Marlon and Karlie Kloss (called by many as the new Gisele), showed that the fashion is sexy and can be sophisticated. Speaking of sexy sophisticated, take a look at Anthony Vaccarello, the Belgian designer who revolutionized the little black dress.
Well, that is, that 2012 is all good for everyone and we have many fashions and many loucurinhas ... (Translation by Google)"

***
"The new darling of Chanel is none other than Saskia de Brauw. The model, who appeared at Givenchy, Balenciaga went through, now is the new darling of the Kaiser... Coincidence?
Nothing is a coincidence in this industry. Who is the advisor of the new master of Chanel is Carine Roitfeld, the same who edited the shows from Givenchy and put the top as the cover of latest issue of Vogue Paris under his command, explaining that at the time, the short black hair model represented the cool trendy ... Since then, their careers took off only by Saskia! (Translated by Google)"

Conversa super honesta. Vale ler!!!

"As could be, Carine Roitfeld will not leave quietly French publication. After the controversial issue of December / January, co-edited with Tom Ford, who was also the theme and, according to evil tongues, was a cause (the issue, not Tom) of leaving the magazine, devotes all Carine March number of the new designers and brings a powerful new face for the cover of the publication: Saskia de Brauw.
Carine Second, the model was presented by Riccardo Tisci, Givenchy, and until today did little work, but weight has modeled for Balenciaga (pictured above) and last season's campaign and lookbook photographed Givenchy.
For the record, the cover was in February of Lara Stone.
Here in this interview with Style.com, Carine speaks of his departure from the magazine, career and more. Super honest conversation. Worth reading! (Translated by Google)"

***
"Much has been said in recent weeks about the change of command in French Vogue. Carine Roitfeld fact that still has its farewell edition in March (it wrong, including me, who thought the cover of December / January would be the last of the girl) and Emmanuelle Alt should only take it from there with the release of haute couture. For the record, Lara Stone is on the cover of the February issue, see here.
There was also talk a lot about what happens to the consulting work for major brands of Emmanuelle such as Gucci, since the contract with Condé Nast, as the contract requires exclusivity.
While it is not defined, here's his latest work ahead darling brand of the moment Isabel Marant, with Gisele Bundchen by Inez & Vinoodh as poster girl. In the campaign is clearly stamped the mark of Emmanuelle, sexy-French-discrete-rocker!
Does it come to Vogue? (Translated by Google)"

A última edição: Vogue Paris

Full editorial here.

Full editorial here.

Full editorial here.

Full editorial here.

***
"Under the baton of Carine Roitfield, is already in Brazilian banks, the latest edition of Vogue Paris signed by the powerful editor, which makes the publication, she said, because the cycle ended after 10 years at home, and, according to evil tongues, because has not accepted the order to make the bimonthly edition (December / January) about Louis Vuitton. Instead, Tom Ford invited to be a co-editor of special issue, and also the theme designer.
Gossip aside, the magazine is somewhat interesting when, and closes the loop in Paris Vogue Carine. Therefore, on the cover, we see Tom Ford and Daphne Groenevedd. Tom is and has always been a great partner Carine. It was with him at Gucci, it was consolidated as a stylist. The pair was responsible for the resurgence of the brand in the luxurious setting and turn it into a desire to 10 from 10 fashionistas in the 1990s.
Daphne is already a version of the big top newface Lara Stone launched her on the pages of the publication. Carine's power is so great, which made Lara, a second model and out of action, become a fashion and desire to break the dictatorship of the skinny models. Mrs. Stone is and always will be the big release of Carine. For the record, the pair was photographed by Mert & Marcus.
The first editorial, jewels, innocent girls play with, read to children, photos with powerful jewelry. The mix of innocence and power speaks of the role of fashion editor. He has to be free, to have ideas, be strong, even with all the power that is upon him and all the money involved. Must have child naughtiness to keep current and original.
The journal continues with Tom Ford and a story about the designer, who won a continuity with ping-pong interview conducted with the same (illustrating this matter is one of the most beautiful pictures of the publication - a portrait of Tom wearing a headdress). The sequence continues with a story about the Fords (Family Tom) and closes with an incredible editorial with Daphne's clothes and women's collection of Ford. Who does not remember, was launched last season in NYC in a super exclusive show just for the few and the press.
Ending the Ford section, there is a second editorial jewelry, now with a couple of old man ... Counterpoint to the first. Showing that although it is necessary to have new and creative ideas, experience and style count for much in the fashion universe.
This is also revered in another editorial in the journal in which mature women and natural looks to show some sort of a modern portrait.
Continuing the soup Roitfeld / Ford, the old west comes at the parade. After a story about the Pussy Cat, a team of beauties, some dear publisher, the editorial illustrates Pussy West. In casting Abbey Lee Kershaw, Eniko Mihalik and Crystal Renn. Photographed by Terry Richardson, evokes the style in the printed publication for years: sexy and daring, innovative, but purely bold. Nude models, sexy looks, boys in the photos. It's all part of this provocative story in which women in the desert American fight for power.
The sequence is made of with an article titled Santa Fe, a sort of Vogue House about this matter ranch with amazing photos.
Rounding out the magazine, Crystal Renn, plus size model to become a sensation that appears in its second editorial, whose theme is the reconstruction of the body through plastic surgery. Read up on it, mutation, adaptation and adjustment. It is clear from stilying that even when you need to appear the same, you may be different. And therein lies the magic of Roitfeld. Even if we need to sell it can innovate, it is not joined to formulas ... It is natural and has no fear. Therefore sells, builds and is respected!
And this is Paris Vogue Carine finale. Beautiful and unique, like her! Not my favorite cover (I love the 90th anniversary of publication with masked Lara Stone on the cover), but it is certainly cohesive, well edited and makes clear the power this woman has.
Now it's wait and see what comes out in the February issue and who will replace it. Place your bets! (Translated by Google)"

"Since Friday, the fashion world does not stop speaking out of the brilliant styling and fashion editor Carine Roitfeld Paris Vogue's command, one of the most contemporary publications and round the world, which can quantitate the commercial and creative, making great images fashion and at the same time arousing desire.
As the very Carine said in an interview, is free and believes his mission in the magazine is already fulfilled, then plans to leave for a new challenge. Really? We will never know!
Truth be told, if this is confirmed, she's right. Formed a brilliant team that can play without publishing it. Cool, because the fashion world needs Carine in other sectors, giving ideas and making it happen.
In a text published on his blog yesterday, Franca Sozzani, Vogue Italy, speaks of the role of being a fashion editor and its importance and shows the hard work that lies behind the glamorous, especially to make and deliver a brilliant product monthly, keep up and open to new times.
Let's wait and see where the wind takes Carine, meanwhile, remember some moments in the career of this brilliant woman, in my view, of course!
- Lara Stone, the model turned out so desire fashionistas after being released by Carine and, say, out of shape at all. Healthy, beautiful and happy!
- The gorgeous Natasha Poly Russian does not have to complain about, was one of the models who appeared on more covers of the publication.
- Collaborating with various brands, has transformed the casting of Givenchy, forming a strong image for the brand.
- Made images which infirm another publisher was able to lead to a trade magazine, playing with sex, fetish and taboo of society - the latest and most shocking was the naked top Lea T.
- Unlike her companions, powerful, no longer do the styling of their editorials. Where is your brand in the field of the magazine.
- Despite all know, could not stay out of the list: Tom Ford transformed Gucci's image, before becoming editor of Vogue Paris.

"It's been a week since the Sao Paulo Fashion Week is over and I put a line about anything... I do not know what you think, but sometimes breaks are important in projects and am in a moment of pause and reflection...
What the heck is a Brazilian fashion? What is the significance of an event like SPFW? Who really see what is produced there?
After this issue became clear to me more than ever that there are designers in different stages of life and career and put them in a bubble it makes no sense. It also became clear that the event is barely exploited commercially.
When we look at the big fashion weeks around the world always see two sides, both commercial and conceptual, but the same concept, in most cases, is dictated with brands that have industrial-scale production.
Here in Brazil there! The brands that dictate trend and that are relevant to national and international fashion scene producing handcrafted, unique pieces that could easily be called haute couture.
The best parades are within this context and when they depart for industrial production are more and repeat business concepts, as with Osklen, which urgently needs to innovate or take as a smart streetwear, but the "beach", as all partner Rio.
Also, considering mainly the image of the event, I think the parades shows, where clothing is not the main subject should be banned from the line up and be shown as parallel attraction. In fact, I was ashamed by others which was presented by FH - Fause Haten and the Neon. Tell me, what was that? The direction of the event should check the collections before the show.
I hate making small menu, but I can not stop talking about the beautiful collection of André Lima, who as Erika Palomino said in his review, "if the event takes off." The designer does something that is not commercial, but has an idea, concept and essence there. That line is Lino Villaventura  (wanted to see the same parade with a clean styling and signed by Kate Grand or Carine Roitfeld - the clothes are lost in storage polluted original) and Alexandre Herchcovitch boys (lovely, lovely, lovely...).
The collections of swimwear were great. I like a lot of Adriana Degreas, Paola Robba and Movimento.
Now we'll monitor and see what publishers think of the fashion collections presented in the next few editorials and follow the evolution of Brazilian fashion, that perhaps one day will be super super... (Transçated by Google)"

Pequenos fashionistas

“Since Victoria Beckham appeared on the fashion scene has changed everything. Former Space Girl married an idol in English football ... He became an icon of style and aesthetics to a synonym of thousands of women ... It also became synonymous with elegance, boldness, and desire - the partnership earned million-dollar contracts for the pair, plus many, many magazine covers and a television series that has gone haywire.
Vic also started a new category in magazines around the world, the little fashionistas. Production whimsical and original of his three offspring drew the attention of the fashion scene and soon went to the pages in magazines and on blogs for discussion.
What started as a joke strategically thought (impossible to think that Victoria does not think about every detail of everything he does), and gained a following, so to speak, who managed much more successful than their products...
Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom and Kate Holmes, is one of these by-products of success. A beautiful child is dressed impeccably by his mother or a styling, we do not know ... But she said a very interesting trend Mite and awakened the attention of the media specialist and general press about their clothing - the high-heeled shoes to handbags luxury brand that uses small.
In this area, a little in May, but not so early, the blogger Tavi G. Genial in his comments and being in style, the girl who started blogging with very adult 12 years puts to shame and now ranks among the leading critics of the fashion world. Besides sitting in the front row of the big parades, is a consultant for brands and important collections, such as for the Rodarte Target. Tavi also made the cover of British POP, magazine references edited Dasha Zhukova and gained profile in French Vogue Carine Roitfeld (the photos were taken off by the blogger Tommy Ton).
Even on small notables who walks stealing the scene today is the American designer Cecilia Cassini. At just 14 years, already has among his clients were actresses Bella Thorne and Miley Cyrus (Hanna Montana).
In a world that is rapidly aging and life expectancy grows at fast pace, young geniuses come increasingly early in adulthood and thereby gain all the weight of toast it. If we think that we live 100, 120 years, is it healthy to become grown-ups at three, four, 10, 14...
How will the children in the future? Will we have children in the future? Miss the eternal images of Anne Guedes. (Translated by Google)”

SPFW FW 2010 - Acabouuuuuuuu

Vamos combinar... Celebridade no Brasil é brega.

"The winter edition of the Sao Paulo Fashion Week ended on Friday without big ideas... Increasingly I get the impression that other unnecessary things come together in such fashion events in Brazil - is the collection that don't really have a need of leave the shop "descolado", journalists who speak badly of different people, but deep down wanted to be the target of the people which they speak about, professionals unprepared and "loucurinhas" nothing serious and that would be better in a special final year event to close the year. In a country that wants to be known for its fashion identity, Brazil seems do not think too much in their behavior fashion. Very few people develop a serious work in the area, working with content, and here I speak of the fellows journalists... It seems to obsession, but just a few seems really do a good work such as the teacher Alcino Leite Neto, with Vivian Whitman, from Folha de S. Paul (I have spoken many times with the quality of this duo, both in the Última Moda column and Serafina Magazine), Camila Yahn (Pense Moda), André do Val, who after leave the website Erika Palomino is doing a super nice work to popularize fashion in the website Virgula abd Marie Claire. Tell me what are these blogs with pictures of people with weird looks? A try to be a tupiniquim The Sartorialist... Photographing people truly elegant fine, but anything to make the production of a photo for the journal as if celebrity were like that. Let's agree. Celebrities in Brazil are tacky. Two or three are saved, but the major is terrible. Taking Gloria and Costanza, who are always chic and elegant, here we don't have our version of Carine Roitfeld, Anna Dello Russo, Alexia Chung etc... So anything cheesy blog with people with ugly clothes from jumble, willing to pay for kitty... I swear I wanted to make a short list of people who should be self-destruct in five seconds!! Laziness, sloth... But to finish this post it's getting really huge and talk SPFW. The show of Isabela Capeto. I'm not a big love of ger work, as I must note that she does a good job and individual authorship, with the face of Brazil, without being folkloric and obvious (obvious when I say I mean printing). Isabela is chic, is the version of the traditional fashion renaissance lace blouse woven by the calloused hands of a lady myopic interior of Pernambuco. So I admire, is fashion, is Brazilian and is universal! (Translated by Google)"
