Eu sei que ainda devo um post aqui no Conversa sobre como fazer
uma mala fashion e com poucos itens (a minha mala de férias ;P), mas hoje vamos
trocar ideia sobre um outro assunto bem comum no universo fashion e em nossas
vidas: o corpo.
Assim como as peças de roupa, o corpo é um grande asset
nesse mundo em que vivemos e para estar fashion, é necessário um corpo saudável
que suportes as peças – não defendo aqui, que fique claro, nenhum extremo, nem
anorexia, muito menos obesidade.
Tomando o meu exemplo, sempre fui muito, muito, muito magro
e não era feliz com isso. Com o tempo ganhei corpo e fiquei acima do peso que
eu queria, que as roupas que eu queria usar suportavam, aí fiz uma dieta dos
vigilantes do peso e perdi oito quilo. Fiquei feliz.
Apesar disso, mesmo malhando, nunca mais tive meus gominhos
do abdômen de volta, nem consegui o tão sonhando corpo “Diego Miguel”. O corpo
mais perfeito entre os modelos masculinos! E olha que ele tem 32 anos.
Então fui buscar ajuda com uma nutricionista esportiva, que
me disse que meu peso estava ótimo, só queria diminuir a quantidade de gordura
no meu corpo para que ele se defina mais facilmente.
Comecei nessa segunda. Tá sendo difícil, mas tô levando.
