Como já é tradição, todo fim de ano é lançado o Calendário Pirelli.

Para 2012, de número 39, foi escolhido o fotógrafo italiano Mario Sorrenti para comandar a festa. É a primeira vez que um italiano clica para a publicação.

25 fotos, em sua maioria P&B, fazem parte da cobiçada folhinha, que tem entre as tops a brasileira Isabeli Fontana e a russa Natasha Poli (foto acima) - nove modelos e três estão no seleto casting. No casting, 11 modelos: a musa Abbey Lee Kershaw, Catherine McNeil, Daisy Lowe, Eniko Mihalik (foto acima), Georgina Stojilijkovic, Lily Cole, Marloes Horst, Miranda Kerr, Rosie Huntington e duas brasileiras, Gracie Carvalho e Ana Beatriz Barros.
